Download and install Adobe PhotoshopCC 2019 from here.
Make a folder somewhere.
Whitelist that folder from all antivirus programs on your PC.
Download adobe.photoshop.cc.2019.20.0.0-patch.exe from a link of your choice above.
Extract the contents of the archive into the folder where you downloaded the file with WinRAR or 7-zip or an archival tool of your choice. The password is 123.
Double click on the file named adobe.photoshop.cc.2019.20.0.0-patch.exe.
Tick the Make Backup checkbox in the bottom left of the window.
Click on the Patch button.
If the error Cannot find the file. Search the file? appears;
Click Yes
Go to C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe PhotoshopCC 2019
Select Photoshop.exe, or Photoshop if you have file extensions disabled.
Wait patiently for the process to finish – it should take about 30 to 60 seconds depending on your system.

For every entry with AdobeGCInvoker, AdobeAAMUpdater and Adobe Acrobat Update Task in their names (note that not all may be present – that’s OK), right click on these entries, and click Disable.
Repeat step33, but click Delete instead after right-clicking.
